About the Job:

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated group of assistants, gain hands‐on experience with specialized case‐management tools, and develop skills that translate across legal, social service, and administrative fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with a team of eight experienced assistants and professionals.
- Learn and master the Prevail case‐management system.
- Maintain substantial client contact to update files, request medical records, and gather necessary information.
- Submit evidence electronically through SSA’s Electronic Records Express (ERE).
- Communicate professionally with staff at the Social Security Administration and Veterans Administration.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Assist the receptionist with high call volume, as a backup, during a designated time slots.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Can handle interruptions, such as phone calls, while maintaining productivity in completing tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
- A self‐starter who learns quickly and takes initiative.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‐paced office.
- Prior experience in a busy office environment preferred.
- College Degree preferred.
